一、政策总则 / General Provisions
为规范本网站及TESOL考试相关服务运营，保护全体报名考生的个人信息、隐私与合法权益，本政策依据《中华人民共和国网络安全法》《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》《数据安全法》及教育行业相关规定制定。凡访问本网站、注册账号、报名参加TESOL考试、使用平台各项服务的用户（以下统称“考生”），即表示您已仔细阅读、完全理解并自愿接受本隐私政策全部条款。若您不同意本政策任何内容，请立即停止使用本网站及相关服务。
To standardize the operation of this website and TESOL examination services, and protect the personal information, privacy and legitimate rights and interests of all candidates, this policy is formulated in accordance with the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China, Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, Data Security Law and relevant education industry regulations. All users (hereinafter referred to as “Candidates”) who visit this website, register accounts, sign up for TESOL examinations and use platform services shall be deemed to have carefully read, fully understood and voluntarily accepted all terms of this Privacy Policy. 本政策适用于大胜特硕（深圳）国际教育运营中心旗下所有网站、报名系统、考试系统、教务服务及配套线上服务。
This policy applies to all websites, registration systems, examination systems, academic services and supporting online services operated by Dasheng Teshue (Shenzhen) International Education Operation Center.
二、信息收集原则与范围 / Principles and Scope of Information Collection

我们严格遵循合法、正当、必要、最小范围原则，仅收集开展TESOL考试服务所必需的个人信息，不收集与考试、认证无关的多余信息，不强制要求考生提交非必要隐私内容。

We only collect personal information necessary for TESOL examination services, and will not collect redundant information irrelevant to examinations and certifications, nor force candidates to submit unnecessary private content.

身份与报名信息 / Identity & Registration Information
包括考生姓名、身份证号码、联系手机号码、电子邮箱、学历证明、在读证明、国外院校录取Offer、报名表单填写内容等，用于身份核验、学籍登记、证书制作与资质审核。
Including candidate’s name, ID number, mobile phone number, email address, academic certificates, student status certificates, overseas university admission offers and registration form content, which are used for identity verification, student status registration, certificate production and qualification review.

考试与服务信息 / Examination & Service Information
包括考生答题内容、作业提交记录、考试成绩、学习进度、咨询记录等，仅用于考试评分、成绩统计、学习跟进与售后答疑。
Including candidates’ answers, assignment submission records, examination scores, learning progress and consultation records, which are only used for exam scoring, score statistics, learning follow-up and after-sales consultation.

设备与日志信息 / Device & Log Information
为保障平台运行与账号安全，我们会自动收集浏览器类型、设备型号、IP地址、登录时间、操作记录等匿名日志信息。此类信息将做去标识化处理，无法定位到具体个人，仅用于排查系统故障、防范账号异常与网络攻击。
To ensure platform operation and account security, we will automatically collect anonymous log information such as browser type, device model, IP address, login time and operation records. Such information will be de-identified and cannot be linked to specific individuals, and is only used for troubleshooting system failures, preventing abnormal accounts and network attacks.

支付相关信息 / Payment Information
报名缴费过程中产生的支付凭证、交易记录，由第三方支付平台（微信、支付宝）负责安全存储，本平台不完整留存考生银行卡、支付密码等敏感支付信息，仅核对交易状态用于确认报名有效性。
Payment vouchers and transaction records generated during registration and payment are securely stored by third-party payment platforms (WeChat, Alipay). Our platform will not fully retain sensitive payment information such as bank card numbers and payment passwords, and only verify transaction status to confirm the validity of registration.
三、个人信息使用规则 / Rules for Use of Personal Information
我们郑重声明：所有收集到的考生个人数据、资料及相关信息，仅用于TESOL考试报名、身份核验、考试组织、成绩管理、证书审核发放、考试通知、教务对接及相关售后工作，绝对不挪作商业推广、广告推送、用户售卖、第三方导流等任何其他用途。
We solemnly declare that all collected personal data, documents and related information of candidates are only used for TESOL examination registration, identity verification, examination organization, score management, certificate review and issuance, examination notification, academic docking and related after-sales work. They will never be used for any other purposes such as commercial promotion, advertisement push, user trading and third-party diversion.
未经考生本人明确书面同意，我们不会将您的个人信息授权、转让、出租给任何无关第三方。依据法律法规、司法机关或行政主管部门要求需提供信息的，我们会依法配合，并第一时间告知考生相关情况。
Without the explicit written consent of the candidate, we will not authorize, transfer or rent your personal information to any irrelevant third parties. If we are required to provide information in accordance with laws, regulations, requirements of judicial organs or competent administrative departments, we will cooperate in accordance with the law and inform the candidate of relevant matters in a timely manner.
四、个人信息安全保障 / Personal Information Security Protection
我们依法承担考生个人信息安全保障义务，采取全方位技术与管理措施，全力保护考生信息，严防个人信息泄露、篡改、丢失、盗用、非法传播等行为发生。
We undertake the obligation to protect candidates’ personal information in accordance with the law, adopt comprehensive technical and management measures to fully protect candidates’ information, and strictly prevent the leakage, tampering, loss, theft and illegal dissemination of personal information.
技术层面，我们采用数据加密存储、防火墙、访问权限分级、SSL安全传输等防护手段；管理层面，内部工作人员全部签署保密协议，实行账号权限管控，仅岗位必需人员可接触考生信息，严禁内部人员私自查看、复制、外泄考生隐私数据。我们定期开展信息安全培训与安全演练，持续优化防护体系。
Technically, we adopt protective measures such as encrypted data storage, firewalls, hierarchical access permissions and SSL secure transmission. Administratively, all internal staff have signed confidentiality agreements, and account permission control is implemented. Only necessary staff can access candidates’ information. It is strictly prohibited for internal personnel to privately view, copy or disclose candidates’ private data. We regularly carry out information security training and safety drills to continuously optimize the protection system.
若发生个人信息泄露、损毁等安全事件，我们将立即启动应急预案，采取补救措施控制风险，并按照法律法规要求，在规定时限内通知受影响考生及监管部门。
In the event of security incidents such as personal information leakage or damage, we will immediately launch an emergency plan, take remedial measures to control risks, and notify affected candidates and regulatory authorities within the time limit required by laws and regulations.
五、信息存储、保留与销毁 / Information Storage, Retention and Destruction

存储地点：考生所有个人信息均存储于中国大陆境内合规服务器，非经考生单独书面同意，绝不向境外私自传输个人信息。因美国TESOL总部证书认证必要的跨境数据传输，仅传输脱敏后的基础信息，并要求对方严格遵守数据保密规定。

Storage Location: All candidates’ personal information is stored on compliant servers within mainland China. Without the separate written consent of candidates, personal information will never be transmitted overseas privately. For cross-border data transmission necessary for certificate certification by the U.S. TESOL headquarters, only de-identified basic information will be transmitted, and the overseas party is required to strictly abide by data confidentiality regulations.

保留期限：与考试、证书相关的核心信息，将在证书有效期及证书可查询周期内留存，用于证书核验、追溯；日志、咨询、临时交易等非核心信息，最短保留周期为6个月，到期自动清理。

Retention Period: Core information related to examinations and certificates will be retained during the certificate validity and inquiry period for certificate verification and traceability. 七、考生的个人权利 / Rights of Candidates

更正与补充权 / Right to Correction and Supplement
若发现姓名、手机号、学历等个人信息填写错误、信息不全，考生可联系教务工作人员提交证明材料，申请免费更正与补充。
If you find errors or incomplete personal information such as name, mobile phone number and academic background, you can contact academic staff to submit supporting materials and apply for free correction and supplement.

删除权与注销权 / Right to Deletion and Account Cancellation
在服务终止、信息使用目的已完成，或您撤回同意后，可申请删除个人信息、注销平台账号。我们在核实身份后，将在3个工作日内完成处理。
After the service is terminated, the purpose of information use is completed, or you withdraw your consent, you may apply to delete personal information and cancel your platform account. We will complete the processing within 3 working days after identity verification.

撤回同意权 / Right to Withdraw Consent
您有权随时撤回对本政策的同意。撤回后我们将停止处理您的个人信息，但不影响撤回前已合法开展的信息处理行为。

本TESOL考试面向成年英语教师群体，原则上不接受18周岁以下未成年人报名。若因误操作收集到未成年人个人信息，我们将第一时间隔离并删除相关数据，停止一切使用行为；确需未成年人参与的，必须提供监护人书面同意及相关证明材料，并执行更严格的信息保护标准。
This TESOL examination is oriented to adult English teachers, and applications from minors under 18 years old are not accepted in principle. If minor personal information is collected due to misoperation, we will isolate and delete relevant data immediately and stop all use. If minors do need to participate, written consent of guardians and relevant supporting materials must be provided, and stricter information protection standards will be implemented.

十一、服务终止与信息处理 / Service Termination and Information Processing
若本平台停止TESOL考试相关服务，我们将提前在网站发布公告。服务终止后，除法律法规要求留存的信息外，其余考生个人信息将统一做删除或匿名化处理。
If our platform terminates TESOL examination related services, we will publish an announcement on the website in advance. After the service is terminated, except for the information required to be retained by laws and regulations, all other candidates’ personal information will be uniformly deleted or anonymized.
十二、免责条款 / Disclaimer

因考生本人故意泄露账号、密码、个人信息，或自行点击恶意链接、使用不安全网络导致信息被盗、泄露的，相关责任由考生自行承担。
