TESOL Examination Rules & Registration Instructions
一、报名条件及要求
- 学历报考要求
报考人员须至少具备大专及以上正规学历。国内大专在校生、本科在校生均可正常报名；国外大学本科在读学生，持有院校正式录取通知书（Offer）也符合报考条件。本项目不接受高中、中专、小学学历以及无正规大专及以上学历人员报名参加考试。总之你需要有正规的在学学历
Applicants must hold a formal college diploma or above. Current college students and undergraduate students in China are eligible to apply. Overseas undergraduate students with official admission offers are also qualified. Applications from candidates with high school, technical secondary school, primary school education or without formal college education will not be accepted.In conclusion, you need to have a formal academic qualification
- 报名提交要求
报名流程简单，报名阶段仅需按要求填写并提交个人文字信息，确认报考项目后缴纳对应考试费用，即可完成报名手续。
The registration process is simple. You only need to fill in and submit personal information in text form, confirm the applied program and pay the corresponding examination fee to complete registration.
- 考后材料提交要求
全部考试结束之后，请考生主动联系专属教务老师，按指引填写TESOL证书正式申请表，并上传本人有效学历证明材料，用于证书审核与制作。
After completing all examinations, please take the initiative to contact our academic teachers, fill out the official TESOL certificate application form as instructed, and upload your valid academic credentials for certificate review and production.
二、考试基本规范要求
- 考试纪律要求
请全体考生自觉遵守各项考试管理规定，秉持诚信应考原则，严格禁止抄袭、剽窃他人作答内容、盗用他人成果等违规行为。
All candidates shall consciously abide by all examination regulations and take the exam in good faith. Plagiarism, copying others’ answers and stealing others’ achievements are strictly prohibited.
- 作答内容规范
考生自主完成的作答内容中，AI生成内容占比不得超过5%。独立撰写、认真作答的内容，均可顺利通过系统AI检测与重复率查重审核。
The proportion of AI-generated content in your answers shall not exceed 5%. Answers completed independently will smoothly pass the system AI detection and similarity check.
- 答题提交规则
系统为每一道考题提供三次作答与提交机会，考生在考试周期内，可以根据作答情况多次修改、完善答案并重新提交。
Each question is allowed three times of answer submission. During the examination period, candidates can revise, improve and resubmit answers for many times according to their actual situation.
三、报名收费标准
- 单证书收费
单独报考任意一本TESOL证书，考试费用统一为2500元。
The examination fee for a single TESOL certificate is 2500 RMB.
- 双证书组合收费
自由任选两本不同类型的TESOL证书组合报考，整套考试费用统一为3500元，享受组合优惠。
If you choose any two different TESOL certificates to apply together, the total combined examination fee is 3500 RMB.
- 专家全套证书收费
专家证书套餐包含 TESOL少儿证书、TESOL高级证书、TESOL商务证书、TESOL专家证书 共计四本证书，全套报考总费用为5980元。
The expert package includes four certificates: TESOL Young Learners Certificate, TESOL Advanced Certificate, TESOL Business Certificate and TESOL Expert Certificate. The total fee for the full package is 5980 RMB.
- 证书补办收费
考生领取证书后，若出现证书遗失、损毁等情况，可申请补办，单张证书补办费用为780元。
If your certificate is lost or damaged after collection, you can apply for a replacement. The replacement fee for each certificate is 780 RMB.
四、考试时间与考试次数规则
- 考试周期选择
考生报名成功之后，可根据自身工作、学习安排，自由挑选连续三个月作为专属考试周期，自主规划学习进度与考试时间。
After successful registration, you can freely choose any consecutive three months as your exclusive examination period, and arrange your study progress and exam time according to your own schedule.
- 考试机会说明
本次考试总计提供两次完整考试机会，包含一次正式首场考试以及两次补考机会。考生必须在选定的三个月考试周期内完成首场考试提交；若无故缺席首场考试，将直接视为自动放弃全部考试资格，后续如需再次报考，必须重新缴费报名。
You have two complete examination opportunities in total, including one official exam and two make-up exams. You must submit your answers for the first exam within your selected three-month period. Absence from the first exam without valid reasons will be regarded as waiving all examination qualifications. You need to register and pay fees again if you want to take the exam later.
五、逾期缺考与延期办理规则
考生因个人时间冲突、疏忽等自身原因，在约定考试周期内未能完成考试、造成逾期缺考，自报名之日起一年内可申请考试延期。按月办理延期，每月收取延期服务费500元；一次性申请三个月延期，合计收取980元。延期服务到期后，考生仍未参加考试，将永久取消本次考试资格，不再受理任何延期申请。
If you fail to take the exam within the agreed period due to personal reasons such as time conflict or negligence, you can apply for an extension within one year after registration. The monthly extension service fee is 500 RMB; the total fee for a three-month extension is 980 RMB. If you still do not take the exam after the extension expires, your examination qualification will be permanently cancelled, and no further extension application will be accepted.
六、考试完成判定标准
考生必须按要求完成全部课后作业（Assignments）以及各类演示类任务（Demo）的提交，所有任务审核提交完毕，方可判定为正式完成本次全部考试。
Candidates must complete and submit all Assignments and Demo tasks as required. Only when all tasks are submitted can the whole examination be regarded as completed.
七、成绩查询与合格判定标准
- 成绩公布与查询
当考生完成全部考试内容后，官方将在一个月内统一公布考试成绩。考生可通过预留邮箱、官方考试系统两种渠道查询个人考试分数。
After you finish all exams, the official results will be released within one month. You can check your scores via the reserved email and the official examination system.
- 合格分数线要求
本次考试试卷满分设置为100分。考生不仅考试总分需要达到70分及以上，每一道单独考题得分也必须达到70分及以上，两项要求同时满足，方可判定考试合格。
The full score of the examination is 100 points. To pass the exam, your total score and the score of every single question must reach 70 points or above at the same time.
八、证书发放流程
考试成绩审核通过后，证书将在成绩公布后的6周内，由美国TESOL总部统一邮寄至中国官方考试中心，再由考试中心工作人员整理、分发至各位合格学员手中。
After your exam results are approved, certificates will be mailed uniformly from the U.S. TESOL headquarters to the official China Examination Center within 6 weeks after the results are released, and then distributed to all qualified candidates by our staff.
九、违规行为与处罚规定
- 内容检测说明
考试系统搭载专业文本比对数据库，能够精准识别抄袭、内容雷同、搬运等违规作答行为，做到全程严格监管。
The examination system is equipped with a professional text comparison database, which can accurately detect plagiarism, similar content and other irregular answers for full supervision.
- 违规处罚规则
一经核查确认考生存在抄袭、代考、恶意违规等行为，将立即作废本次全部考试成绩，同时永久取消该考生后续所有考试报考资格，已缴纳的考试费用不予退还。
If candidates are confirmed to have plagiarism, proxy exam or other malicious violations, all current exam scores will be invalidated immediately, and all subsequent examination qualifications will be permanently revoked. The paid examination fee will not be refunded.
十、退费相关规则
考试费用一经缴纳，除本条款约定特殊情况外，一律不予退款、不予转让。仅因主办方系统故障、工作失误等官方原因，导致考生超过10个工作日无法正常参加考试，考生可申请全额退费。因考生个人设备故障、网络卡顿、个人时间放弃、操作失误等个人原因，均不受理退费申请。
Once the examination fee is paid, it will not be refunded or transferred except for the special circumstances stipulated herein. Full refund is only available if the organizer’s system failure or work error causes you to be unable to take the exam for more than 10 working days. No refund will be approved for personal reasons such as device failure, network problem, voluntary abandonment and operational error.
十一、补充说明
所有考生完成报名，即代表本人已完整阅读、理解并自愿遵守以上全部考试规则与报名条款。本考试相关规则最终解释权归本TESOL官方考试中心所有。
After completing registration, all candidates are deemed to have fully read, understood and voluntarily abided by all the above examination and registration rules. The final right of interpretation of all rules belongs to the official TESOL Examination Center.
